Abstract

Objective: To summary the data of Tic Disorder children's laboratory tests and analyze its diagnostic significance for tic disorder. Methods: The laboratory test data was analyzed from 98 TD patients who treated by TCM in Xin Hua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine. Results: Abnormal rate of ASO was 17.35 %, compared with the control group, P>0. 05.The average of ceruloplasmin was 0.2719± 0.0477, compared with the control group, P>0.05. Abnormal rate of ESR was 4.08 %, compared with the control group, P>0.05.Inflammatory cytokines were always abnormal, the most was IL-2r with abnormal rate 14.29 %. Just1 (1.02 %) patient's IgM was abnormal. T cell subsets were always abnormal, the most were CD4/CD8 with abnormal rate 25.51 % and abnormal rate of CD3 was 12.24 %. Most patients' hepatorenal function, blood and urine routine analysis were normal. Conclusion: The test to ASO, ESR, ceruloplasmin is significant to TD diagnosis, and the patients' immunization also should be focused. The results of hepatorenal function, blood and urine routine examination can give the guidance for the drug's use in clinic. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
