Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 59-year-old man who was diagnosed classic Kaposi sarcoma (CKS) due to complaints of edema in the left lower extremity, skin patches, and enlargement of the inguinal lymph nodes. Topics include the presence of CKS in his family history on the mother's side, the development of palmoplantar erythrodysesthesia during the fifth cycle of chemotherapy, and the decrease in lymphedema after the chemotherapy's first dose.
