This article provides a new analysis of the masterpiece of English Law of the Constitution in the turn of the twentieth century, Introductory to the study of the Law of the Constitution, by Albert Venn Dicey, Professor at the University of Oxford. It studies the constitutional system set up within the book, being the main feature of innovation the fact that the raised criticism comes from the same Anglo constitutional culture.
