Abstract
- The article discusses arguments that if employers may record their employees, then people as employers of the policy should also be able to record the police when in public. It notes that the monitoring of police activity has become cheaper and feasible due to the advent of inexpensive audio recording equipment, video cameras and high-resolution photography. It points out that the proposed interaction between citizens and police is rooted in the employment relationship.
