低年资护士静脉输液风险意识及培训需求调查分析.

Objective To explore the risk awareness of intravenous infusion and the demand degree of intravenous infusion related knowledge training in junior nurses to provide the basis for junior nurses training in future. Methods The self-designed questionnaire was applied to conduct the questionnaire investigation on 200 junior nurses with more than 1-3 working years recruited by our hospital during 2011-2013. Results Junior nurses with the education background of bachelor degree thought that the risk of the intravenous infusion was higher and had strong demand of intravenous infusion related knowledge training, while those with the education background of junior college thought that the intravenous infusion had less risk and had weak training need, the differences between them were statistically significant (χ2=24.790, 16.022, P=0.000), but there was no statistically significant difference in the aspects of the intravenous infusion risk and intravenous infusion related knowledge training demand among different professional and technical posts of junior nurses (χ2=2.363、1.664, P=0.124, 0.197). Conclusion Junior nurses with the educational background of junior college have weak training demand. Therefore, the intravenous infusion related knowledge training in junior nurses should be strengthened and the risk awareness of intravenous infusion in junior nurse with the educational background of junior college should be increased.
