Abstract

The main objective of this article is identify the virtual postgraduate programs effects in Pontificia Bolivariana University in its missionary function and possible the design plans of action since which formulation virtual program processes improve. Robert Skate methodology applied in this study proposes a plan of observations and dealings since which leave narratives, descriptions and graphics. Those are used as instruments: the interview semi-structured and the survey, the observation of the context and documents related to the researching problem, the sample used was two managers, two coordinators of programs, forty two students, four teachers and four graduates. The results show the virtual postgraduates influence in the mission when an own standard for the e-learning, it permits to the students and teacher get national and international new knowledge developments through agreements researching alliances, publications, papers and the teacher qualification. The standard for virtual teaching helps the interaction and the impact in the environment. But even it's necessary effective ways in order to show and the promotion for giving to know the evolution and access knowledge advances. At the end of this work action plans are presented from which it is proposed to improve the postgraduates exist and establish plans for new formulations, since following continuous improvement, together formulation of programs with various institutions and a reconfiguration plan of the mission that has virtual information as tool for the internalization of the postgraduate formation.
