Abstract: A case study of 74-year-old woman who was admitted to the hospital for issues regarding chest pain due to cardiac rupture. It mentions signs of cardiogenic shock such as skin pale and wet, blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) undetectable shown by the patient. It also highlights treatment of the patient through takotsubo cardiomyopathy (TTC).
