Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 15 year old adolescent girl who had history of panic attacks and school avoidance, also was suggested to an inpatient psychiatric unit after a suicide attempt. It also presents that she was later diagnosed with Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and symptoms of Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). The article also discusses of her being prescribed of escitalopram and then using psychopathophysiological processes to treat.
