百合小鳞茎抽薹的差异蛋白质组学分析.

Abstract

In order to study the regulation mechanism of lily bolting, self-reproducing bulblet of lily ‘Siberia' was taken as materials, bulblet in the differential expression protein group before and after bolting was analyzed. Proteins were separated by running 2-DE (two-dimensional gel electrophoresis), obtained 21 significantly differential expression protein spots. 11 protein spots was identified by the MALDI-TOF-TOFMS, including 2 chaperone protein, 4 involved in the energy metabolism,1 c DNA product by stress induced expression, 3 c DNA fragment in lily flower and 1 unknown protein. The results showed that: In the lily bolting process, the expression of proteins involved in energy metabolism was under control, which prepared energy or resynthesis energy storage material for bolting process. The molecular chaperone protein or express stress inducible protein changes, was a physiological reaction to low temperature vernalization in lily plants. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
