Peeping Painless Proptosis.

The article presents a case study of 92-year-old woman suffering from dementia, presented in the emergency department (ED) after falling on the ground and complained of headache with left eye bulge. Topics discussed include the ocular examination revealed her painless proptosis in the left eye, the discussion on retrobulbar hematoma after recognizing the proptosis with medications on antiplatelet agent, and the consultation on opthalmology.
