Abstract

The article discusses the randomised trial of olaratumab, a human immunoglobulin G subclass 1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody, and doxorubicinb in soft-tissue sarcomas conducted by William Tap and colleagues. The study shows a gain in median progression-free survival (PFS) of patients who received doxorubicin.
