Abstract

The article discusses the impact that the Hancock County, Georgia voter registration has on reducing the number of African Americans that can vote in Sparta, Georgia elections, including a lawsuit alleging the violation of voting rights. An overview of Republicans' denying the putatively racial discrimination characteristics of voter registration laws is provided.
