Abstract

SME's growth performance is largely dependent on the quality and level of training of the human factor. Economic activities are conditioned by the existence of financial and material resources, information and the existence of human resources. Increasing productivity performance depends on the activity carried out, equipments, installations, but also on the training level of workforce. Workforce with superior training and the application of modern methods of selection and recruitment have a significant impact on the performance of SMEs' activity. Besides, the main quality of SMEs is their ability to adapt easily to market signals. The prolonged crisis can be explained by delayed responses to market signals. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
