Abstract

An ultrapure, highly conductive nanocarbon paper composed of monolayer graphene oxide nanosheets interpenetrated with 10 wt.% single walled carbon nanotubes is fabricated by solution-printing followed by a self-stabilizing annealing process under an electrical bias, causing reduction of graphene oxide at high temperatures by Joule heating.
