La recezione della Dei verbum come accrescimento. L'esperienza di un parroco e docente di Teologia a Bologna.

Mario Fini, a priest of the diocese of Bologna, has long been a professor of Systematic Theology at the STAB first and at the FTER afterwards. The text tells about the personal path (of the author) and the ecclesial path (of the Church of Bologna) in relation to the Scriptures. While reporting his biographical experience, Fini highlights the impact produced at an ecclesial level by the change of attitude towards the book of the Scriptures that he noticed first in the period when he was at the Seminary and then during his ministry as a young priest in the Church of Bologna. The central part of the paper lists five crucial points to define the contribution of the Dei verbum in terms of innovation and then identifies some open questions on which no final word was expressed by the council constitution that rather left them open for later theological and magisterial reflection (concepts of revelation and tradition; some questions of method and hermeneutics). Then the author turns his attention to the reception of the Dei verbum in the Church after the Council, meant as enhancement of some of the contents contained in the constitution itself. Going back to a biographical level, he focuses his experience as regards the relationship with the Scriptures on the most recent period of his ecclesial service, in his double activity as shepherd-priest and teacher of Theology.
