Abstract

The article presents information on the psychological history of delivery driver Mohamed Lahouaiej Bouhlel who ran over and killed hundreds of people using a cargo truck in Nice, France. Topics include Bouhlel's inclination for violence and alleged psychosis, accounts of his short temper, and the exploitation of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS) on emotionally unstable individuals. It also discusses how Bouhlel was a wife beater, womanizer, and obsessed with his appearance.
