Abstract

The article discusses the network and system requirements in using the NetInstall service which are ethernet, high-speed network switch and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP). Topics include the ways in connecting NetInstall on a client computer, the capacity of switched ethernet network to support many devices and the steps in setting up DHCP on the server to obtain Internet protocol (IP) address.
