Abstract

The paper analyzes the current status of experimental teaching, elaborates the importance of experimental teaching. Talent education is composed of three elements of knowledge, skills and quality. The practical skills are as the main research object, and it is worth to discuss how to train the students' practical skills. The paper puts forward the experimental teaching system based on fusion of inside and outside the school. The system considers the cultivation of innovative talents as the guidance, and considers the formation of resource integration, mechanism of experimental teaching and research interaction, school and enterprise collaboration. Mechanical engineering CDIO practice base is taken as an example, we carry on the exploration and the practice deeply from the aspects of practice base architecture, practice project implementation steps and operation mode and mechanism, and ensure the smooth implementation of practice skills teaching reform. The results show that the architecture of the practice base is reasonable, and the skill teaching and operation mode reform is feasible. The reform obtains the good effect, and enables students to better grasp the knowledge, skills and qualities of modern engineer. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
