Abstract
- An interview with Robert Sowney, the recipient of the 2016 Outstanding Achievement Award at the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) Northern Ireland Nurse of the Year Awards, is presented. He discusses his job as a leader of a programme that supports trusts to improve unscheduled patient care. He explains his decision to enter emergency nursing. He cites that he has tried to provide mentorship to others.
