恩替卡韦联合心肝宝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化的疗效观察.

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of entecavir combined with Xinganbao capsules in the treatment of liver cirrhosis among patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). MethodsSixty CHB patients with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (n=30) given entecavir combined with Xinganbao capsules and control group (n=30) given entecavir alone. The course of treatment was 6 months. The treatment outcomes were evaluated based on liver function, serum fibrosis markers, and imaging findings of the liver and spleen. Comparison of continuous data between groups was made by t test, while comparison of categorical data was made by chi-square test. ResultsAfter treatment, the treatment group had significantly lower serum levels of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase (P<0.05), significantly reduced serum fibrosis markers (P<0.01), and significantly improved imaging findings of the liver and spleen (P<0.01), as compared with the control group. ConclusionEntecavir combined with Xinganbao capsules can improve liver function, reduce hepatic inflammation and fibrosis, and decrease portal pressure and spleen thickness in the treatment of liver cirrhosis among CHB patients.
