There were lots discussion and research for local colleges to train students" innovative spirit, engineering consciousness, practical ability and entrepreneurial ability. The innovation base construction has achieved some success, but the whole the development of innovative business practices still exist many problems. This article analyzes widespread problems existed in present local colleges, in order to speed up the studentsx engineering consciousness and improve the ability of innovative entrepreneurial perspective. It expounds the procedure of innovative entrepreneurial base construction in local colleges, aims to cultivate the students" engineering quality, innovative practice ability, and provides reference for applied talents training.
