Abstract

The design mechanism of a micro-three-tank system is introduced. By the method of mechanism modeling and the system characteristics, a single input single output model of piecewise quadratic is established. Using the PID control algorithm and Simulink tool, the experimental model is simulated. Using the Kingview software to do experiment, the modeling is verified. The simulation and experiment results show that the model can correctly reflect the characteristics of the three-tank. The control algorithm platform can be provided for industrial application and the college teaching. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
