Abstract

The article presents a case of a reconstruction after full-thickness loss of the antihelix, scapha, and triangular fossa in a 66-year-old man with recurrent basal cell carcinoma who underwent Mohs micrographic surgery. The patient underwent postauricular pull-through subcutaneous pedicle flap, combined with subsequent staged cartilage grafting. Noted are the options for repairing small auricular defects including full-thickness skin graft.
