VALUES AND THE LAW: 2010 AALS ANNUAL MEETING LUNCHEON KEYNOTE ADDRESS.

The article presents a speech about values and the law by U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit Senior Judge Guido Calabresi which was delivered as the keynote address at the 2010 Annual Meeting Luncheon of the Association of American Law Schools on January 8, 2010. The attitudes of various economists are examined, along with information about the social aspects of American law and legal cases such as Brown v. Board of Education which deals with racial segregation.
