ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ДИНАМІКИ РОЗВИТКУ ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ МАШИНОБУДІВНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ УКРАЇНИ У КОНТЕКСТІ ІНТЕГРАЦІЙНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ

Purpose. Trending development potential of domestic machine-building enterprises in the conditions of European integration and the rationale for the approach to the assessment of its value. Methodology. The method of synthesis and analysis in determining trends and factors affecting the formation and development of the capacity of the machine-building enterprises of Ukraine, the classification method in the study of the elements of the economic potential, the method of abstraction in the justification of the main approaches to improve the management mechanism potential enterprises. Findings. The study identified the main features and trends in the development of the economic potential of companies in the industry of mechanical engineering Ukraine and Khmelnitsky region. On the basis of generalization of the results PEST-analysis and SWOTanalysis of engineering enterprises Khmelnitsky, identified strengths and weaknesses, advantages and disadvantages, political, economic, technological and social factors that influence the capacity building enterprises. Ppredlozheny main vectors to improve the management capacity and the main stages of its implementation. Originality. Expediency of scientific and methodical approach to the selection of the main factors determining the opportunity and development trends of the economic potential of the machine-building enterprises, process management tools evaluation and formation stages of the sequence. Practical value. The study identified the strengths and weaknesses, advantages and disadvantages, political, economic, technological and social factors that first need to be taken into account in the management of economic potential.
