Reports on the imposition of a moratorium by the American Chemical Society on publishing journal articles that are written by authors in Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya or Sudan. Publication of the papers from the nations only if no editorial services are provided, which are deemed to violate U.S. trade sanctions against the said countries.
