Abstract

The article offers information on a study on teaching leadership through experiential learning to medical students and the army. Topics discussed include introduction of new medical undergraduate curriculum in Liverpool, England; military exercise for undergraduate medical students; and clinical leadership has been reported as one of the major underlying causes of poor patient care in Great Britain's National Health Service (NHS).
