Abstract

A cover story is presented that examines ISIS (the Islamic State) in Fallujah, Iraq. Particular focus is given to how war in the Middle East has been impacting families. Additional topics discussed include the conflicts between Sunnis and Shiites in Iraq, Nofal Hammadi, the governor-in-exile of Mosul, Iraq, and his work with the United States and its plan for that city's liberation from the Islamic State. Details relating to Nuri Kamal al-Maliki, the former prime minister of Iraq is also examined.
