Abstract

The aim of the article. The aim of article is to analyze the conceptual basis of innovative development of enterprise; to study theoretical principles, scientific and practical features of the process of innovative development. The results of the analysis. The process of innovative development of enterprise as the system of management of innovative activity is directed on forming and providing the achievement of the economy growing by the rational use increases and distributes innovative and economies-technological potential. Conception of innovative development, which provides for innovative development as the process of positive high-quality changes in the state of enterprise from positions of dynamic progress is offered. An enterprise is examined as industrial and technological system, that operates within the framework of the system of higher order - innovative system, establishing with it proper connections and realizing the innovative mechanism of functioning. The structural logical chart of methodological management of innovative development of enterprise is developed. Management of innovative development of enterprises of different economic types must be realized on the basis of the innovative programs, which are the system of measures, directed the on achievement of the aims of innovative development of concrete enterprise on the basis of association of present innovative potential and innovative potential of that territory on which it conducts its economic activity. Conclusions and directions of further researches. The offered conceptual approaches will render assistance to forming the system base of knowledge for the scientifically grounded picture of the category «innovative development of enterprise». Further researches of indicated problems must be directed on determination of variantness of parameters of innovative development of enterprises; to development of estimation methods for perspective structure of innovative development balance - quantitative relations between technological, marketing and organizational decisions.
