Sociedad en Movimiento: un Análisis de Redes Sociales.

The "Society in Movement" is a process oriented to create a change in the Development Agenda of Risaralda's Department that began to take shape at the Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira (UTP) 3 years ago, which has brought together different institutions (actors) from public and private sectors to sign a memorandum of understanding and cooperation. In this paper a new theoretical framework is presented in order to conceptualize methods for the analysis of its structure, characteristics of interaction and forms of intervention to improve the resources' flow, build trust and ownership of the process, giving a substantial impact on the achievement of its objectives, cohesion of its actors and network expansion.
