儿童弱视治疗依从行为的心理因素分析及提高治疗依从性的途径探讨.

Objective: To discuss the importance of psychological factors of compliance behaviour and compliance improvement in children amblopia treatment. Methods: Children with amblyopia treated in department of ophthalmology of our hospital from June2012 to March 2013 were selected as the study objects. the psychologic situation and compliance during treatment were investigated in the children and their families by questionnaire survey. Results: Compliance of wearing glasses was higher during treatment,and the main psychological factors were lack of confidence and boredom,differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion: The main psychological factors of compliance behaviour in children amblyopia treatment are lack of confidence and boredom,parents’ supervision and encouragement plays an important role in improving compliance during treatment.
