Abstract

Objective: This research collect and evaluate the current content of probationer nurse clinical teaching on the basis of Ebbinghaus learning theory, and to develop a quantitative teaching management scale, which can provide a reference for the probationer nurses. Methods: The content of probationer nurse clinical practicing include nursing operation, psychology and education, which were collected by searching the CNKI database. According to the Delphi method, the teaching management scale was designed after investigating the expert opinions, then the index weight was determined. Results: The final teaching management scale includes the 3 first-level factors, namely, the basic operation, specialized operation and health education; 43 second-level factors were the venous transfusion, horizontal change and axis turning. Conclusion: Establishing the clinical teaching management scale could provide a reference for the probationer nurse standardized training in order to lay the foundation of teaching effect.
