Abstract
- The article explores the growing popularity of audiobooks, which recorded a 38.9 percent increase in sales in 2015 compared to 2014 figures according to the American Association of Publishers (AAP) StatShot report. Topics discussed include publishers' willingness to produce more audiobook titles, benefits offered by the boom in audiobooks sales to publishers and audio rights issues associated with publishing audiobooks.
