Abstract: In this paper three methods of synthesis of binary sequences with optimal value of the peak-to-average power ratio of Walsh-Hadamard spectrum which may be used to construct C-codes used in the CDMA technology are proposed. On the basis of these structures an synthesis algorithm of infinite families of sequences having optimal value of peak-toaverage power ratio of Walsh-Hadamard spectrum is developed.
