Abstract
- The article discusses how aluminum nitride coatings enhances thermal performance of light-emitting diode arrays. It mentions the technique of electrostatic spraying in this respect. It also mentions thermal conductance of the aluminum nitride crystal structure. It also mentions that commercial heat sink exhibited luminous flux.
