DEMOKRAT PARTİ DÖNEMİNDE (1950-1960) TARIM POLİTİKALARI VE ETKİLERİ.

Democrat Party (DP), which came to power with 14th May 1950 elections, represents a turning point in Turkish political history as well as in terms of economic history. In this study, the agricultural policies implemented in Turkey in DP Period and the impact of these policies on the agricultural sector and the general economy is investigated. In this context, the effects of agricultural policies implemented in the ten-year period from the beginning of DP Era in 1950 until the end of DP Era in 1960 are highlighted using the data covering this period. In addition to sectoral data, the developments in Gross National Product (GNP), economic growth, sectoral shares, sectoral growth rates are also analyzed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
