Abstract

The article presents a case study of 81-year-old woman who was first observed due to the presence of mildly symptomatic nodular lesions of the face and limbs from six months. Her medical history revealed serous microcystic cystadenoma of the head of the pancreas removed five years before and her histological examination showed superficial and deep dermis. It highlights that the patient was diagnosed with pure cutaneous Rosai-Dorfman disease and prescribed dapsone for its treatment.
