Abstract
- The article reports that the exchange traded funds (ETFs) hold stocks, which are lower in value based on measures such as price-earnings ratios. Strategy of focusing on the market's low value stocks has led to above-average returns. The ETF's stock-picking methodology has paid off so far. The highest- scoring stocks get the most value.
