Abstract
- The author focuses on issues concerning the launch of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India (TAPI) gas pipeline in Turkmenistan. He reveals that TAPI has a strategic importance, utility, productivity and durability to meet greater regional peace and prosperity among participatory countries as well as mentions Turkmenistan's energy policy.
