The Mutuality of Generativity.

The article offers the author's insight on generativity as a lifelong process of growth in becoming what one wants to be. He believes that communities and individuals mutually influence each other and must maintain and open environment in order to facilitate this growth. Also, it explores developmental issues that a person encounters in coming to know who they are at any given time and in the particular context in which a person lives.
