Abstract
- To maintain magnetic properties, physical properties, and bio‐applicability, a liposomal structure is introduced to the magnetic MNP@mSiO2 (MagLipo). EGFR‐antibody‐conjugated MagLipo is successfully applied for T2‐w imaging and magnetic sensing after specific targeting to BxPC3 pancreatic cancer. Furthermore, the MagLipo carrying a therapeutic drug and gene shows a high therapeutic effect with drug release in a pH‐sensitive manner in vitro. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
