Abstract

The problem sentence of this research is "What is the general appearance of Turkish written exam questions in Northern Cyprus in the period of 2010-2015. The research is qualitative and case study model is chosen. Data is collected through document analysis and analyzed with content & descriptive analysis. According to the findings, the 95% percent of the questions is at the bottom level of Bloom's Taxonomy of Cognitive Levels. When the scores of the written exams are analyzed, for the reading and writing sections, nearly 0-25 points are given; on the other hand, for the grammar section, 26-50 points are given for the questions.
