Analyse du discours des enseignants-chercheurs sur leur activité professionnelle : vers une transformation identitaire du métier?

The paper questions the development of activity of professors in higher education. An analysis of what is said during interviews with professors' shows that activities are mainly hidden, like the submerged part of an iceberg. Management activities tend to put into question teaching and research.
