Abstract
- Hyperspectral reflectances in leaves of 22-years Korla fragrant pear tree were measured by SVC HR-768, collecting the leaves of Korla fragrant pear, their nitrogen concentrations were analyzed. Stepwise regression method was used to analyze the relationships between total nitrogen content of leaves and the original spectrum and the first derivative spectrum, and the estimation models of leaves nitrogen content were established. The results showed that the spectral sensitive bands and wavelengths of Korla pear leaves were different at different growth stages. Based on sensitive wavelength, the estimation models of leaves nitrogen content were established and tested. The model based on the first derivative spectrum at 703 nm ( Y = 50.535 X703 一 40.586) was the best model for predicting the total nitrogen content of Korla fragrant pear leaves at fruit setting stage ;The model based on the original spectrum at 769 nm ( Y = 0.856 X769 一 29. 233) was the best model for predicting the total nitrogen content of Korla fragrant pear leaves at fruit expanding stage; The model based on the original spectrum at 761 nm (Y = 0.728 X761 - 14. 142) was the best model for predicting the total nitrogen content of Korla fragrant pear leaves at fruit harvest stage. Comparisons of the effects of estimation models of leaves total nitrogen content at different growth stages, the fitting effect of estimation model at fruit setting stage was better, and prediction accuracy was higher.
