Abstract
- An interview with artist and mathematician George Hart is presented. Topics discussed include his educational background, which includes a mathematics degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a master's degree in linguistics; his work as troubadour for geometry; his use of different media for sculptures such as metal or wood; inspirations he got from writings of science writer Martin Gardner; and the 2015 show "Bridges: Mathematical Connections in Art, Music, and Science."
