Abstract

The article focuses on the coal-fired Intermountain Power Project which is located in Delta, Utah which provide electricity to Los Angeles and Southern California. It mentions that the plant was operated by the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and considered as the largest coal-fired power plant in the U.S.
