Abstract
- The article discusses the study that existence of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) resource-constrained settings. The author highlights that the diagnostic procedure for ARDS in resource-constrained settings such as for Rwandan hospital's interpretation of ARDS cannot be compared to resource-rich settings due to the differences in methods employed in both settings. Also discussed are factors that affect the diagnosis which include the limited equipments available for use.
