Abstract: The article discusses a rehabilitation model for alimony arose from no-fault divorce reforms of the 1960s and 1970s in California. Topics discussed include the "rehabilitative alimony" being an award of limited duration, the purposes of rehabilitative alimony, and difference between rehabilitative alimony and fixed-term alimony.
