Abstract: The article offers a company profile of Boston, Massachusetts-based real estate investment trust (REIT) company Boston Properties Inc. Information about the establishment of the company in 1970 by Mortimer Zuckerman and Edward Linde in Boston, sustainability in office construction and business developments, is provided. Also emphasized is the political and geographic constraints that the company possess to help maximize value growth.
