Abstract
- The article discusses a study about gonad intersex in wild thinlip grey mullet (Liza ramada) from a polluted estuary in Italy. The reproductive status and gonadal alterations in natural thinlip grey mullet living in the Tiber River were investigated. It says that similar rates of intersex gonads have been examined in other mullet species from polluted environments.
